About Eric

Eric Toussaint moved to Maryland from France as a child in 1975 and has lived in the Washington Metropolitan Area ever since.

Eric entered the real estate business to transition into a field to utilize his strong sales and networking skills built through his career in fitness industry. Eric’s passion for many years has been health and fitness, and he has run JETT Training, a successful personal training company, for 13 years. His passion for helping others and coaching has made for a successful transition to real estate.

The trust earned with his clients, and sales skills are now being used to build the same trust with his real estate clients. Eric excepts nothing less than excellence in all endeavors, and he applies the same intensity to the real estate business.

Eric received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland in 2001. He is married and has twin sons. Eric has been a avid martial artist for the past thirty-five years and is fluent in French. When not selling houses, or launching side-kicks, Eric enjoys spending time with his family, travel, skiing, and reading.
