About Eric
With over two decades of real estate brokerage and commercial development experience, Eric is a leader and highly respected figure in the North Texas real estate community. Eric's reputation among his peers and clients is one of integrity, loyalty, persistence and ambition.  He has earned and maintained many client relationships over the years earning the trust and business of clients ranging from hometown mom and pop operators to globally notable publicly traded companies.  All receive the same consistently high level of service. 
The trust bestowed upon Eric by his clients is evident in the magnitude of his listing portfolio which has consistently stayed above $100MM for at least the past 10 years comprised of various commercial and farm and ranch assets.  Eric has has successfully transacted well over a half billion dollars of real estate volume since his career began. Eric was instrumental in the successful launch of Christie's International ULTERRE Commercial, Farm & Ranch Real Estate and is currently a Principal Partner of the largest team inside Compass Real Estate in Texas.  Eric has been a Texas Licensed Broker for about 10 years.

Outside of work Eric is an active member of the Texas Alliance of Land Brokers, Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association, the Texas Wildlife Association, and serves as an active committee member of the Private Lands Advisory Committee for Texas Parks & Wildlife Department. Eric has extensive experience owning and operating small businesses, including commercial construction, property management and runs a small cow/calf operation on his ranch in Mills County, Texas. 

Eric brings an ownership mentality to each transaction. Recognizing that each client is working to solve a buy, lease, sell or hold problem he offers analytical guidance and opinion formed inside the context of each individual situation guiding his clients to make the right decisions.  His recommendations are always rooted in what he would do himself were he in their positions.

Eric grew up in NW Tarrant County near Eagle Mountain Lake, is a member of the Fort Worth Boat Club, and he still counts this area among his favorites in North Texas.  He has traveled extensively around the world, including Greece, Italy, Brazil, Africa, Ireland, Scotland, England, Germany, France, Bonaire, Mexico, the British Virgin Islands, The U.S. Virgin Islands, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Canada, Switzerland, the Netherlands Alaska and most other states in the continental United States.

In his spare time, you will find him with family and friends hunting, fishing, ranching, shooting and listening and learning.
