Erica Batista is a South Florida REALTOR® and Team Leader of The Legacy & The Promise at Compass, bringing more than 16 years of real estate experience to the clients and communities she serves.

Raised in Palm Beach County, Erica has built her business around a simple belief: real estate should create opportunity. Whether helping a family purchase a home, guiding an owner through a difficult property situation, advising an investor on their next acquisition, or preparing a property for market, she approaches each relationship with strategy, transparency, and a long-term perspective.

Her experience spans residential sales, investment properties, distressed real estate, relocation, condominiums, and complex transactions throughout Palm Beach County and South Florida. A Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Erica has developed a particular strength in helping homeowners evaluate their options before simply putting a property on the market. Her philosophy is to save homes before selling them whenever possible, putting the client's best outcome ahead of the transaction.
