Erica Dunnihoo

Born and raised in Grayson County, I’ve spent my life watching Texoma grow and change — I know the area, its communities and the people who make it home. From the backroads I grew up on to the new neighborhoods shaping North Texas, I bring local knowledge, deep community connections and a genuine love for this place to every client I serve.

My passion for real estate started early, tagging along with my dad to homes through his foundation business. That introduction to the construction world grew into years of hands-on experience with homes, design and building. Alongside my husband, I’ve been involved in residential renovations, a rural new build, interior design projects and helping manage a commercial construction company. Those experiences have given me a trained eye for construction, functionality and design—and a natural ability to see both the potential and the possibilities in a property.

But real estate is about much more than houses. It’s about people, communication and knowing how to navigate the unexpected. I’m a strong negotiator who believes you can be both strategic and kind, and that clear communication gets better results. 

My clients can expect thoughtful strategy, honest advice, fresh ideas and a positive, get-it-done attitude. I love educating, connecting people with the right resources and helping clients make confident decisions without ever losing sight of what matters most to them.
