Through my work with Tower 16 Capital Partners, I've also been involved in the acquisition, development, renovation, and strategic positioning of residential investment properties. This experience allows me to evaluate every property not only as a Realtor, but as an owner, investor, and developer helping my clients identify opportunities, maximize value, and make informed real estate decisions.
