Erica Gregg

With over 20 years of experience as a business and transactional attorney practicing in the areas of corporate law and commercial finance, Erica is a seasoned negotiator and understands the art of the deal. As a real estate broker for nearly a decade, Erica combines her love of real estate, architecture, and design with her well-honed transactional skills. A strong communicator and cool under pressure, she enjoys working with all types of clients and delivers a recognizable level of professionalism and dedication. Utilizing smart and effective marketing strategies and state-of-the-art data tools, Erica delivers an exclusive white-glove level of service to her clients.

Originally from Connecticut, Erica moved to Rhode Island and set down roots several decades ago. Before she transitioned to real estate, Erica worked in private practice for large firms in Hartford and Providence and as in-house counsel at a Fortune 500 company. Now happily entrenched in the Ocean State, she currently sits on the Board of Trustees of the Rocky Hill Country Day School and has previously served on the Board of Child & Family Services of Newport County. Erica has a love of historic architecture and preservation and is a member of Historic New England, the National Association of Realtors®, the Rhode Island Association of Realtors®, the American Bar Association, and the Rhode Island Bar Association.

Erica and her husband, Joe, currently live in East Greenwich with their son, Drew, and daughter, CeCe. When not working, she enjoys traveling, cycling, antiquing, and cheering her children on in sports from the sidelines. Having attended college in Maine (where she graduated from Colby College, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa), Erica developed a love for the state and enjoys annual family ski trips to the mountains and summer outings along its beautiful coastline.
