About Erica

After spending nearly 20 years in corporate America working as a CPA in both public and private accounting, Erica decided she wanted to own her career path and follow her passion of real estate! Erica loves trying to find that perfect marriage between a buyer and seller and spent many years doing that as a hobby before deciding it was time to do it as a career. As a former finance professional, she has learned many skills over the years that help facilitate a successful real estate transaction. As a multi-million dollar producer, not only is Erica a successful agent, but also loves her job.


Erica is a true Floridian having been born and raised in Pinellas County. She received a bachelors in accounting from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and a MBA with a concentration in finance from Seton Hall University. For nearly 18 years, Erica and her husband have had the pleasure of calling the Westchase area home.


As their family has grown, their home needs changed and they are now on our third and, hopefully, final home. They have three children - one in elementary school, one in middle school and one in high school. Their older two play travel softball and baseball, so on the weekends you are most likely to find them at a ballpark. When Erica is not showing homes and her kids are not playing sports, she likes to spend time as a family going out on a boat or traveling to the mountains.
