About Erica
Erica Martinsen is a dedicated real estate professional with Stacey Hayes Homes at Compass, proudly based out of the Calabasas office. She delivers personalized, results-driven service to clients throughout the West San Fernando Valley and Conejo Valley, with a special focus on the vibrant communities of Agoura Hills, Calabasas, and Woodland Hills - while welcoming opportunities to assist buyers and sellers anywhere in the Greater Los Angeles area.
Erica lives just off Kanan Road with her Bernedoodle, Archie, and her long-term boyfriend, Michael, who works in finance. Her everyday immersion in the local scene usually includes grabbing her favorites at the Erewhon in Calabasas, giving her a constant reminder of what makes these neighborhoods so desirable, from top-rated schools and family-friendly vibes to luxury living and convenient access to nature.
Erica earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus in Business Administration and Real Estate from the University of San Diego in 2023. While at USD, she competed on the women’s basketball team. She brought her sharp shooting and high basketball IQ to the Toreros after transferring from the University of Virginia. At San Diego, she earned WCC All-Academic honorable mention recognition for her excellence in the classroom, and demonstrated the discipline, teamwork, and competitive edge that now power her real estate career. As an active member of the Real Estate Society, she gained hands-on knowledge of market trends, investment strategies, and transaction management, all while soaking up the coastal Southern California lifestyle that continues to fuel her passion.
