- Erica Stenz hosts the International Women's Summit annually on International Women's Day, supporting the Girls on the Run 501(c)3 Nonprofit and providing education, resources, coaching, and scholarships to girls in less privileged neighborhoods in Los Angeles.
Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation
In March 2025, Erica hosted a 70+ person charity event to help support those affected by the wildlife LA fires, with a fitness class, luncheon & speakers, incredible sponsors, and live music by award-winning singer Sarah Christine from the Palisades.

Erica loves teaching yoga, pilates, circuit, foam rolling recovery, and strength training classes. She has over 15 fitness certifications, making her a top worldwide fitness trainer. She guest teaches at local studios in Santa Monica, including Sweat Yoga and BodyRok Pilates, and at the luxury Park Santa Monica Residences and the 5-Star Hotel, Santa Monica Proper.
