Ericka is bilingual, fluent in Spanish, and passionate about ensuring her clients feel informed and confident throughout every step of the buying or selling process and in their own language. As a member of the New Life Group real estate team, Ericka specializes in residential purchases, sales, and investment properties throughout Central Texas and is expanding her service area to include the North Austin area. She has successfully assisted clients purchasing homes from overseas and handled sales for out-of-state owners and investors.
