Erik Jimenez

Born in Echo Park and raised in Atwater Village and Glendale, Erik has called the L.A. area east of the 101 home for most of his life. Now, he’s put that lived experience into a career as a real estate agent who’s helped buyers find the house and neighborhood that fits them, and sellers list their homes to consistently sell for well over asking price.

Erik learned the ways of customer service, merchandising and operations in the luxury retail world before making a natural move into real estate. As an agent, he’s served on boutique teams before arriving at Compass in Highland Park, where he can best put his Northeast L.A. experience and pedigree to work.

Erik has helped buyers and sellers alike across Southern California, from Playa Del Rey and Long Beach to Highland Park and El Sereno. With an ear to the ground and an eye for design, he loves helping his clients discover the next L.A. hotspot or maximize their home sale with thoughtfully elevated presentation. He has owned homes in Highland Park and Palm Springs, and currently resides in Cypress Park with his husband and couch potato Shiba Inu, Velma.
