Erika earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University and built a solid foundation in Human Resources, mastering everything from compensation and payroll to managing employee wellness programs. This experience sharpened her skills in organization, problem-solving, and understanding people—qualities that seamlessly translate into her career in real estate.
