Erika Granja Mesa

Erika Granja Meza is a dynamic real estate professional with a rich background in psychology and education. A graduate of Javeriana University in Colombia, Erika began her career as the director of FUNCA School, a graduate program for college students, before transitioning into real estate. With deep ties to the Florida market, particularly in Cape Coral, Erika gained hands-on experience in land development, multi-unit projects, and property flips, building a strong foundation in real estate investment strategies. In 2021, she moved to the DMV area to expand her professional and personal horizons, discovering her true passion for real estate. Erika brings a unique approach to her clients, not only facilitating property transactions but also assisting with translation for those facing language barriers. Her background in psychology allows her to understand clients’ needs deeply and build meaningful relationships within the community. Since obtaining her real estate license in 2023, Erika has committed herself to continuous learning and mentorship, ensuring she delivers exceptional service. Outside of real estate, she volunteers with Montgomery County’s Bone Builders program, enjoys reading, and loves spending time at the movies with her husband—reflecting her dedication to both community and a balanced life.
