Erika Braider

Born in Newport and raised in Los Angeles, Erika Kort became familiar with the versatile homes that furnish the wonderful state of California. Being raised in a family of esteemed agents allowed Erika to grow a fond admiration and concrete understanding of the real estate culture that surrounds her.

After pursuing a degree in business management and communications at Tulane University, Erika dove straight into the real-estate world. She helped manage and lease up a brand new 600-unit building in West Los Angeles. Her dedication to her tenants and love for the industry was evident, however, Erika’s true passion lies in brokerage. That’s when she decided to take the leap and join the incredible team at COMPASS.

Prior to joining Compass, Erika also worked in publicity for brands and celebrities. Between her degree and past experiences, Erika has a creative outlook, a strong network, and an understanding of discretion. Best of all, she leaves every room brighter than she found it.

In her free time, Erika enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also has the utmost love for travel. Her worldly perspective makes her even more appreciative of a home base. To Erika, one of the best parts of traveling is finding your way back to the comfort of your forever home. She brings that passion into helping others find theirs.
