For the past six years, Erika has served as the Director of Group Operations for The Summit Group. Her expertise in client engagement and operations makes her a powerhouse behind the scenes and allows the agents on her team to focus on what matters most—building meaningful relationships and delivering an exceptional real estate experience. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for excellence, Erika is committed to high-quality outcomes and diligently works to collaborate with her team in providing top notch client-care, continually looking for innovative ways to streamline and improve upon their services and promoting the team’s elevated approach to real estate.
A Dallas native, Erika grew up in the heart of Lakewood—a neighborhood steeped in character and tradition—which instilled in her the importance of investing time and care into the people and places you love. She is thrilled to use her experience to serve her hometown in the real estate industry, and is proud to work with a team that knows the importance of building lasting relationships.
When she is not assisting The Summit Group, Erika’s focus is on her family-life with her husband, Blake, and their four children, Annie, Greyson, Ford, and Quinn.
