Erika launched her real estate career in 2017, first starting in interior design and home renovations for sellers and later as an agent. Prior to joining Compass, Erika worked for a boutique agency as both an agent and design director, launching an interior design company and growing their design program. Erika has been involved with hundreds of real estate transactions and has a firm understanding of all facets of the real estate process. Her combination of design savvy and market knowledge gives her a unique edge when representing her clients in the purchase or sale of a home.

Erika is a Bay Area native who first moved to the Crocker Highlands neighborhood in Oakland from the Silicon Valley in 2000 when she fell in love with the area, and returned 10 years later to buy her first home. When she is not working hard to help her clients achieve their goals, Erika enjoys salsa dancing, skiing, wake-surfing, and travel.
