About Erin
As a licensed Realtor with more than 25 years of experience in the charming town of Franklin,
Tennessee, I have been helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence and care. I
began my real estate career in 2001 selling luxury new construction homes for Southern Land Company,
one of Williamson County’s premier developers. In 2013, I transitioned from exclusively representing the
Developer and Builders to representing both Buyers and Sellers throughout Williamson County.
Real Estate is not just my career. It’s been an integral part of my life that I have loved since I was a 23-
year-old college graduate. Building genuine relationships with my clients and my commitment to them is
always top priority. Extensive experience in new construction provides my Buyers with valuable insight
throughout the building and purchasing process, while my experience in marketing, staging, and pricing
helps my Sellers maximize their home’s value with honest guidance. I’ve been fortunate to work alongside
the best Clients, respected Realtors, Builders, and Contractors in this community I proudly call home.
As a native Middle Tennessean, having grown up in the Nashville suburb of Mt. Juliet, I have enjoyed a
front row seat watching the Nashville area transform into one of the top places to live and visit in the
country. My husband, who is also in the homebuilding industry, and I have two teenagers—a daughter in
high school and a son in middle school—plus two cute Cavapoo pups. We have lived and worked in the
Westhaven neighborhood of Franklin for over 20 years (and counting!) and consider myself a specialist in
the neighborhood.
