Erin Hunt is a dedicated real estate professional with the Carrie Holle Group, proudly serving clients throughout Carmel and the greater Indianapolis area. Raised in Hamilton County, her passion for real estate is rooted in a family legacy deeply connected to the industry and community.
Before transitioning into real estate, Erin founded The Beauty Bar in 2014; Indiana’s first salon and spa to offer liquor service. Over nearly a decade, she grew it into a thriving multimillion-dollar business with two locations, recognized for its innovation, exceptional service, and community involvement. She successfully sold both locations in 2023.
Erin launched her career in the real estate rental market in 2017 and continues to actively manage a portfolio of rental properties across Central Indiana. With a master’s degree in accounting and extensive entrepreneurial experience, she blends financial expertise with local market insight to provide clients with thoughtful, strategic guidance. Known for her integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail, Erin approaches every transaction with care and a genuine commitment to her clients’ goals.
Outside of work, Erin’s heart is centered on her family. She loves cheering on her kids at sporting events, spending time at Sweetwater Lake, enjoying the outdoors, traveling, playing pickleball, reading, and snuggling with her beloved boxer pup.
