Erin McCoin

Erin has been working the Bay Area real estate market for the better part of a decade. Prior to joining Compass he spent the several years working at two locally owned real estate companies, McGuire Real Estate and Zephyr Real Estate. He considers himself an expert on both sides of the bay having both lived and sold houses in San Francisco, Alameda and Contra Costa counties.

Erin earned a Master’s degree in Multimedia and worked for several years as an educational and software designer and eventually moved into real estate where his technical and digital prowess were surprisingly valuable.

He is a native of the Bay Area and recently moved to Lafayette to raise his three spry youngsters. He is an avid outdoorsman, always striving to get out of a door whenever and wherever opportunity presents and he is also a member of the Rancho Colorados Swim and Tennis Club, The Rotary Club of Lafayette and The Sierra Club.
