Erin Ryden

A Colorado “nearly-native,” Erin grew up in Louisville, CO and has spent the last decade living in Denver’s Highlands neighborhood. She attended Colorado State University (Go Rams!), where she played lacrosse and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and also attended the Fashion Institute of Design + Merchandising in Los Angeles where she received a degree in Merchandise Marketing. Post graduation, Erin spent over 10 years working in wealth management for private family offices, where she honed her skills in client service, financial advising and investing, which she brings to real estate today.

Erin was inspired to get her license to work alongside her husband, Alex, who started a successful staging business called Guest House. Together, they help clients buy and sell beautiful properties across Colorado.  Erin and Alex also spend their time in Steamboat where they own and manage their own Airbnb property. She is passionate about helping others fulfill their dreams of secondary home ownership, especially in the Steamboat market. 

When she’s not working, Erin loves to get out on walks and hikes with Sherman, her English Cream Golden Retriever, hit the gym, do yoga, travel with Alex and experience everything this beautiful state has to offer.
