About Erin
Erin Simpson began her real estate career in her vibrant hometown of New Orleans, Louisiana. A graduate of the University of the South (Sewanee), she moved back to Middle Tennessee in 2006.
With two decades of experience, Erin has guided a diverse range of clients, from first-time home buyers to seasoned real estate investors. Her training in real estate investment, contracts, ethics, and marketing ensures she navigates the market with expertise. Additionally, Erin is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design's Interior Architecture program, where she focused on renovation design, urban revitalization, and the rehabilitation of existing architecture.
Erin currently resides in the 12South neighborhood.
