Erin Susser

Erin started her career in real estate because she could feel the anxiety and pressure that sellers and buyers were feeling when marketing something that is so important to them, their home. Understanding this should be an exciting journey instead of a transactional one she began the process of starting to help family and friends find homes on the side. Once she had been through this process more than a dozen times, she realized it was time to make it her career. Erin’s background in banking and retail management helps her to understand that her clients are people who enjoy her attention to detail and connection to them. Her Corporate Finance degree allows Erin to offer smart real estate strategies for both buying and selling clients.

Erin’s career in real estate was inspired by the love of houses she gained growing up under the roof of a custom home builder. Seeing high-end homes being built by her father taught her the process, how to identify quality craftsmanship and an appreciation for what makes a home special. Observing the emotional investment clients put into building and moving into a home created a level of compassion that Erin applies today as she strives to find the perfect home that fits the budget, timeline, and must-haves of her clients.

Erin Susser uses her knowledge of finance, years of customer service experience, and family background in real estate to offer her clients a well-rounded broker who has their goals and real estate needs top of mind. A native Coloradan, Erin has spent her entire life in the Rockies. Married to her husband of 15 years, they have lived in several communities in Colorado, from the mountains to Denver and eventually back to Castle Rock where she grew up and is now raising her 3 children. Her wealth of knowledge about these communities and their unique offerings to people makes her an invaluable resource for those looking to move to or within the Denver, Cherry Hills, and southern suburban areas.
