About Erin

Hi, I’m Erin Talburt, an experienced real estate broker with Compass, and I’ve been helping clients buy and sell homes in the Denver area for over 20 years. Real estate isn’t just my profession—it’s something I genuinely love. My husband and I have spent years buying and renovating homes across Denver and beyond, so I know firsthand what it’s like to make big decisions, manage remodels, and navigate the ups and downs of homeownership. (We once renovated an entire house while living in a hotel with our then 14-month-old—so yes, I get it!)

I decided to get my real estate license after a few subpar home buying and selling experiences, which made me realize there had to be a better way for real estate agents to serve their clients. I believed then—and still do—that clients deserve an honest, ethical, and personalized approach. That belief has been the foundation of my business ever since. I’ve built my career by truly listening to my clients, advocating for them at every step, and exceeding expectations. Today, more than 95% of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals, which is something I’m incredibly proud of.

My family and I currently live in South Denver, where we love the large lots with mature trees, easy access to I-25 and the light rail, and our friendly, tight-knit community.
