As a third-generation builder, she has worked closely with architects, contractors, and designers, giving her a deep understanding of construction processes and the ability to spot both value and potential in a property. Whether advising on quality, renovation opportunities, or long-term investment, Erin blends hands-on building knowledge with her real estate expertise to guide clients with confidence.

Her love of architecture and design fuels her passion for creating and transforming spaces. Known for her attention to detail and creative problem-solving, Erin helps clients envision what’s possible—whether it’s optimizing a home’s layout, identifying hidden opportunities, or ensuring lasting value. Coupled with her strong negotiation skills and client-first mindset, she delivers service that goes beyond the transaction.

Outside of work, Erin is always up for an adventure. She loves traveling to new places but has a special connection to Nicaragua, where she’s involved in philanthropic work sponsoring girls’ education. At home in Nashville, she’s an avid foodie who’s always exploring the city’s best dining spots and hidden gems. Family is at the heart of everything she does—she’s a proud aunt to Avery and Hayden (names that also happen to echo the buildings she’s built and sold across Nashville) and a devoted dog mom to her new Cavapoo, Chase, who often tags along on job sites and neighborhood walks.
