"I came across Erinn as my real estate who helped me purchase the place I wanted to sell has retired and he highly recommended her. I am so glad he did! Although we haven't met in person and having a tenant wasn't easy to maneuver with but she made the whole process very smooth for all parties involved. "My wife and I met Erin, over the phone, after calling about a property we saw while riding around. After meeting with her, the next morning, she produced a list of homes, based on what we told her we were looking for, in several areas around the valley. Coming from a Real Estate family, Erinn joined the Horne Team in 2008. Erinn began working around Real Estate at a young age learning the ins and outs of transaction management at her Grandmothers Brokerage in La Quinta in the late 1990's/early 2000's. She obtained her Real Estate license and decided to follow in the family footsteps. A few years later she became a Certified Distressed Property Expert, providing her with the invaluable skill of navigating the challenges of short sale transactions. Prior to starting her Real Estate career, she worked for an architect, then for a multimillion dollar custom home builder. Erinn is a full-time agent, not someone who just lists and sells properties in her free time. Being a desert native and having always worked in Real Estate, architecture and construction fields for 25+ years, gives her an advantage over other agents. Erinn raised two children, now adults, in the desert - one is now married (26) and lives in Washington DC area. Her other child (19) is a student at Brown University in Rhode Island. Erinn is not so much an empty nester, as she is surrounded by 3 cats and 1 dog.
