About Eryn
Eryn knows firsthand that buying or selling a home is about much more than numbers; it’s about emotions, timing, and big life transitions. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Eryn has relocated across the country with her family multiple times, buying and selling homes along the way before finally putting down roots in Westchester County. After living in both Rye and Mamaroneck, she truly understands what it feels like to be the buyer and the seller, plus everything in between. That personal experience, paired with a degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia, gives Eryn a unique edge. She’s skilled at guiding clients through the delicate real estate process while keeping things calm, clear, and also exciting! 

Before becoming a full-time real estate agent, Eryn worked as a mortgage loan originator in Atlanta. Wanting a more hands-on, client-facing role, she transitioned into real estate sales in 2005, quickly earning “Rookie of the Year” honors and becoming a recurring member of Atlanta’s Million Dollar Club. Today, Eryn is a proud member of the Kim Arenas Team, one of the top-performing teams in Westchester County, ranking in the top 1%. 

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Eryn socializing on or near the water—paddle boarding, kayaking, or boating on the Long Island Sound. She’s deeply involved in the Rye Neck community and is passionate about animal rescue, supporting Best Friends Animal Society and their life-saving initiatives nationwide. She loves sharing insider knowledge about the lifestyle, neighborhoods, and little things that make this area such a special place to call home.
