Nina Falk

As a native New Yorker, Nina’s entrance into real estate over 30 years ago seemed meant to be.  Newly graduated, with a degree in Special Education from the University of Wisconsin, she returned home just in time to join her parents on their quest for an apartment in Manhattan.  Her enjoyment and enthusiasm for the real estate industry seemed a natural fit, coming from a family of interior designers.  

More than three decades later, Nina’s successful career has spanned all aspects of residential real estate. Before joining Compass, Nina was a Senior Agent at Cantor & Pecorella, Inc., a firm that represents developers, and specializes in On-Site Sales & Marketing.  In her role, Nina handled the sale and leasing of numerous new development projects throughout Manhattan.  The excitement of working on development projects from the ground up, and ushering them through the various phases of design, planning and construction is a thrilling and satisfying experience for Nina.  

Nina’s extensive knowledge, coupled with her warmth and patience, ensures that her clients are expertly guided.  In addition to her focus on real estate, she is also the proud parent of boy and girl twins that she raised in the city. Now that they’ve successfully launched themselves into the world, she enjoys spending time with her husband, friends and extended family.

Nina’s love of music, theater and singing, makes NYC the perfect backdrop for her other interests. When not running around in the fast-paced world of real estate, you may catch her as a background actor in one of your favorite television shows, singing with the Gotham Rock Choir, or performing in a Cabaret Show at Don’t Tell Mama.
