Ethan Bullock is an award-winning real estate professional nearing 20 years of experience in residential sales, marketing, construction, and development. Outside of real estate, these days Ethan can likely be found on the sidelines at his daughters' soccer games or holding court at his favorite coffee shops. A committed athlete and early-riser, he's often in the gym or on single track getting his mind right before the sun rises. He has successfully completed numerous ultramarathons, skimo races, and various other endurance events throughout the US. Ethan has also recently found amateur boxing, and while mediocre at it, is enjoying learning the art of the sweet science.

A proud father and husband, Ethan and Jeni call Louisville home and have two daughters who inspire and amaze (and terrify) on a daily basis. Ethan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in Art History and Classics, and captained their D1 wrestling team.
