About Ethan

Ethan joined Compass in 2018, after founding and operating his own successful brokerage, Goodrich Residential, for many years in Boston. He has 17+ years of real estate experience representing buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Boston area. What sets him apart is his top-tier negotiation skills, analytical approach to the market, and his honesty when supporting clients.
