Eva Chen

From the moment she moved to the Bay Area, Eva knew this was “it” - a place for her and her husband to raise a family, create lasting memories, and enjoy a wonderful sense of community. A longtime Bay Area resident, Eva has developed a deep understanding of the market and a keen understanding of the unique characteristics of different Bay Area communities. She brings all of that - and her passion for helping her clients find the home of their dreams - to Compass.

While Eva was born and raised in England and traveled throughout Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas, she settled down in California in 2004. She married a second-generation real estate investor and oversaw the design selection of their first new construction home on the Central Coast.

Later, after moving to the Bay Area, Eva and her husband focused on real estate. Over the years, the couple have purchased and remodeled a number of Bay Area homes. And they've started some new ventures, including founding a car share company whose revenues have quadrupled year over year.

Eva has a deep passion for the area, for home improvement design, and for developing meaningful relationships. She is motivated to not just meet her clients' expectations, but to exceed them.
