Eva Lea is an affiliate broker with Compass RE, a native Nashvillian, and a Vanderbilt alumna. As a former teacher and coach, Eva is adept at educating clients about the home buying and selling processes and coaching them through every step of a smooth and seamless transaction. Her background in athletics is reflected in her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to giving buyers and sellers a competitive edge. She is an effective communicator and skilled negotiator who is calm and confident navigating the high pressure situations of today’s real estate market. Eva is also highly knowledgeable about public school zones and rankings, as well as the various private school options available in the greater Nashville area. 

Eva holds a bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University and a master's degree from Middlebury College. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, hiking, writing, and spending time with her two sons.
