Evan Danzig

With nearly a decade of industry experience and over $250,000,000 in closed transactions, Evan prides himself on providing the highest level of service to a vast portfolio of clientele. Having been raised in a real estate family, Evan has had a passion for the business since childhood. He brings not only the determination to succeed, but a strong legal education which helps translate the rules and regulations that are inherent in the real estate business. Evan works closely with clients to educate them on the market, and helps them to understand what to expect every step of the way when buying, selling or leasing their property.

Originally from Sarasota, Florida, Evan attended the University of Central Florida where he studied Real Estate and Property Law, and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Legal Studies. Evan currently resides in Greenwich Village where he serves on the board of directors of his condominium and is proud to be part of Compass, providing exceptional service and support to every private client.
