This mindset was shaped during his tenure as an international marketing manager in Tokyo, where he collaborated with Fortune 500 clients such as Mercedes-Benz, British Petroleum, and Goldman Sachs. Having lived abroad for over five years and traveled to more than 40 countries, Evan excels in working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Real estate runs in Evan's family—he was first introduced to the industry through his grandfather's brokerage. He solidified this foundation with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Finance from San Diego State University, graduating with honors, and furthered his education through the University of San Diego’s graduate certificate program in Finance, Investment, and Development.
