About Lynnette
Lynnette Boudet believes in a client-first philosophy, understanding that a real estate transaction is both infrequent and expensive and requires guidance from a well-trained professional. As a full-time, top-producing Realtor® since 2008, she relates to the range of emotions that arise when selling a cherished home or searching for the perfect new property. Specializing in the Greater New Orleans/St. Tammany Parish market as well as the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Lynnette has lived in the New Orleans area all her life. She resides on the North Shore with her husband, Wally, who is also a Compass agent, and enjoys the quality of life and natural beauty of the region. She also maintains a second home on the Mississippi coast, which she visits frequently. A supporter of the LSU Fighting Tigers and the New Orleans Saints, she is deeply rooted in her community.

Lynnette holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Certification in Home Staging. She has further enhanced her expertise through additional designations, which include Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the latter of which is held by fewer than 3% of all licensed REALTORS®. Prior to her real estate career, she had a 20-year career in retail banking, which shaped her commitment to a ""client-first"" approach and drives her to continually improve her skills and business practices. Her licensed assistant, Shelley Pettus, also contributes to the top-notch service she provides.

Lynnette's goal is to offer her clients options, and work closely with them to ensure a smooth transition from the initial stages of the process to the loan closing and beyond. Whether working with first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors, she is dedicated to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
