Evan Tsuchiyama

Evan Tsuchiyama, a Los Angeles native, brings over a decade of experience in hospitality and sales in the wine industry. He began his career as a sommelier at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Downtown LA before moving into sales roles, including District Sales Manager for Regal Wine Company and overseeing the Southwest Region for a prominent French wine producer.

In September 2023, Evan began his real estate career by joining the Eva Lin Team, where he refined his approach to providing a seamless, client-centered experience. Now, he’s excited to join the Teresa Fuller Team and Compass, where he can further develop his skills within a culture that reflects his own personality—valuing both expertise and genuine care for people.

Outside of work, Evan enjoys spending time with his wife and 5-year-old daughter, who recently started Kindergarten at Valentine Elementary in San Marino. He enjoys exploring new food spots, attending wine dinners with friends, playing guitar, and squeezing in rounds of golf or a game of tennis whenever possible. Residing in a home that spans two parcels—one in North San Gabriel and one in San Marino—Evan’s focus is on building lasting relationships with his clients—connections that extend well beyond the purchase or sale of their home.
