Evan Wyman

Evan’s first year in real estate was 1999 when he began working with young people and first-time buyers. Since then, his business has grown into the luxury space and he works with buyers and sellers in all price points. In 2015 He co-founded the real estate brokerage Avenue Properties, which quickly grew to over 200 agents in just two years and in 2018 sold Avenue to Compass Real Estate.

A compassionate, detailed, and genuine individual, Evan is tailor-made for a real estate career. He enjoys working face-to-face with clients and guide them toward their real estate goals with a supportive, knowledgeable approach. Evan looks forward to the challenges and opportunities presented by each new day. 

With 24+ years as a Realtor, $900,000,000+ in sales, and hundreds of transactions, Evan understands how to navigate thru all types of market environments and what it means to buy and sell a home. The vast majority of his business is referral and repeat clients, a complement to his ethical approach and track record of success.

Born and raised in Seattle, Evan attended the Lakeside School, and graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Finance. Prior to real estate, he began his career with Nordstrom, followed by the Seattle Mariners, the Seattle SuperSonics and a tech startup; all in marketing and sales roles.

After many years on his own, Evan founded the Wyman Group @ Compass, enabling an even better client experience. In 2019, The Wyman Group expanded to Idaho, as many of their clients travel to, and have second homes in Sun Valley. The team consists of 6 licensed agents, a transaction coordinator, graphic designer, and a marketing team.

Evan remains active volunteering in the community, coaching youth sports, supporting local youth organizations and enjoys travel, boating, skiing, fishing, architecture, and a nice meal with friends. Above all else, Evan loves being a dad and raising his two sons Zack and Dillon.
