ABOUT LISA & VICKI

• Over the past 19 years, Lisa and Vicki have represented clients in transactions totaling more than $700 million.

• Experienced in evaluating a property’s potential and transforming homes into beautiful, functional, and inviting spaces inside and out, Lisa and Vicki have themselves purchased, renovated, and sold eleven properties in the Greater Boston area, Chatham and Nantucket.

• Lisa and Vicki each have three children, who have attended Concord Public School and private schools such as Tabor Academy, Groton School, Nashoba Brooks School, The Fenn School, Middlesex Academy, and more. This has given them firsthand knowledge of the many educational and recreational opportunities available to families in the area.

• Lisa grew up in the Mid-Atlantic and Chatham and has proudly called New England home since college. A lawyer and former prosecutor with the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, she draws on her analytical, negotiation, and legal expertise to guide clients through the legal and financial complexities of buying and selling property. Lisa lived in Concord for over twenty years and is now splits her time between Boston, Chatham and Vermont. 

• Vicki grew up in Lexington and Nantucket and remains closely connected to both communities, where she still has family. A former television executive, she worked with her father—serial renovator and Founder/Director of This Old House and The New Yankee Workshop—gaining invaluable insight into evaluating a home’s potential and preparing it for sale. She also co-founded and owned a successful yoga studio in Concord, where she occasionally still teaches. Vicki has lived in Concord for 30 years and enjoys spending time in Nantucket and Jackson Hole
