Eve is a Nashville native with deep roots in Davidson and Williamson counties and a genuine understanding of how this city lives and evolves. She brings steady guidance, market awareness, and thoughtful strategy to every client experience.

Within the Michelle Maldonado Team, Eve is deeply involved in both Nashville’s luxury residential homes and its full-service high-rise buildings. She understands the differences — and the overlaps — between land and privacy, and walkability and service. From neighborhood positioning and pricing strategy to building personality, floor plans, finishes, and views, she helps ensure every recommendation aligns with how a client truly wants to live.

Eve began her career in financial markets, working in asset management and equity trading after earning her Economics degree from Boston University. That analytical foundation still shapes her approach today — measured, informed, and calm under pressure.

After years devoted to raising her three children, Eve brings perspective and relatability to the moving process. Having navigated multiple relocations herself, she understands the timing, discretion, and clarity that high-level clients value — whether they are building a life here full-time or adding Nashville to a broader collection of homes.

As part of the Michelle Maldonado Team’s hands-on, concierge approach, Eve works collaboratively to ensure every detail is considered and every client feels fully supported from strategy through closing.

Eve lives in Green Hills with her husband and their King Charles Spaniel, Jolene. Their three grown children are pursuing careers and education across the Southeast. Outside of real estate, she enjoys antiquing and spending time at Tim’s Ford Lake with her family.
