About Eve

In 1983, Eve moved to McLean, VA from a small town in Louisiana. Since then, she has been a lifelong resident of Northern Virginia ā€“ moving from McLean to Falls Church and ultimately Great Falls to raise her family. She is a Marketing Management graduate from the Pamplin School of Business at Virginia Tech. Eveā€˜s 20+ years of real estate experience coupled with her 8 years of sales and marketing experience in the IT industry has given her a distinctive edge to effectively serve her clientā€™s best interests with smart business strategies, creative marketing, and skillful negotiations. She co-founded the SK Group in 2006 with her business partner, Viveca Kazarian. With a dash of her southern roots and her strong interpersonal skills, Eve has the wherewithal in dealing with people, thereby successfully navigating her clients through the intricacies of the real estate transaction.
