Evelyn officially launched her career in real estate 33 years ago and she hasn’t looked back since. Evelyn was one of the founding agents of Compass Real Estate, DC Metro area when she joined them in 2016. After just 2 years, Compass became the #1 brokerage in Washington, DC and has since opened offices across MD, Virginia, and in 21 other major regions nationwide. Evelyn joined forces with her sister, Connie Lopez Parker, and together they formed the Lugo Parker Team. The team is based out of the Georgetown office in Washington, DC.
