Setting the team apart is the skills each member brings to the table. Before Edith started her real estate business, she worked at prominent firms such as Goldman Sachs, Ziff Brothers Investments, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Her background as a hedge fund analyst and CPA allows her to provide clients in-depth analysis of financials to facilitate confident decision making. Edith is also one of the leading agents in the new development market. She plays an integral role in seeing a project from its pre-development stage and the strategic planning of sales to the completion of the project. She assists the developers to market their projects to international investors. Edith was one of the first agents who brought the NY new developments (301 W 53rd Street) to a luxury property show in China in 2014, where she sold numerous units during the roadshow.

Prior to entering the real estate business, Kay was an attorney at a highly ranked law firm. She has worked on multi-million to billion-dollar mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and private fund transactions, and brings extensive contract negotiation experience to her real estate broker role. Kay received a B.Sc. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a J.D. from Penn Law. She is admitted to practice law in New York.

Jordan has a professional architectural background which adds a layer of insight to his navigation of the real estate world. Having completed his own commercial and residential real estate transactions and renovations, Jordan can walk his clients through the real estate process with confidence and experience. Growing up, his family-owned and operated restaurants, and Jordan started helping out at a young age. His decades of experience in the customer service industry enables him to communicate clearly with clients and manage time and details effectively.
