Fabian began his career in real estate as a lender before pivoting naturally into his career as a residential affiliate broker. His background in lending gives him a unique perspective on the home buying process, and he is dedicated to helping his clients navigate the complex world of real estate.

Originally from Michigan, Fabian studied at the University of Michigan where he met his fiance before moving to Southern California. He fell in love with the lifestyle and warm weather but eventually followed his heart to Nashville, where he, Emily, and their dogs have set roots.
