Fabienne Terwinghe is a Compass Associate with unique multi-market expertise. As a seasonal resident of New York City, the Hamptons and Miami Beach, she uses her extensive knowledge of each area and connections from the art and fashion worlds to assist buyers and sellers in all three luxury markets, which share deep connections.

Originally from Belgium, Fabienne began her career stateside as a highly regarded fashion model in the early ’90s and used her earnings to become one of the West Village’s youngest landlords – and earliest champions. She still lives and manages properties there to this day.

Her understanding of how to uncover value in both emerging and established markets – combined with global networks built through decades in fashion and art collecting – helped her real estate practice expand to the Hamptons and Miami Beach.

Fabienne owns a home in Sag Harbor, where she helps high-net worth clients buy and sell coveted seasonal estates, as well as a residence at the Ritz-Carlton Miami Beach. In South Florida, she leverages her experience as a resident, landlord, and investor to match global buyers and trophy properties up and down Miami Beach.
