The Fallant Team is married couple Riette and Ralph Fallant. They have been Peninsula residents for most of their lives, giving them a nuanced understanding of the many different neighborhoods on the Peninsula and in the south bay.

She can expertly improvise to keep up with constantly changing market demands.

Ralph, a five-year veteran of the Bay Area Real Estate market, brings over a decade of contract negotiating expertise from an award winning career in commercial, industrial and utility scale solar power with Tesla Solar, Solar City and Nextracker. His sales experience and flawless customer service ethic made transitioning to real estate seamless.

Together, they form a multi-faceted, powerhouse team!

Ralph and Riette bring the same passion to their work that they bring to all their endeavors. Both are generous with their volunteer time and support of local organizations. They have worked with Team in Training to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Foundation, and participated in triathlons in the U.S. and abroad.
