"As most people would agree, selling a home is very stressful. You have to worry about price, cost, repair/update, setup. Without help, you have to find contractors, compare estimates, negotiate,... That is why you must have the right agent who can help. Fan step into our house. After 5 minutes of chat, she has laid out a plan clearly. She bring in the contractors to make all the update. Then, decorators, photographer. Our home is on the market in two weeks and on contract two weeks later after Fan negotiated a fair price at this a bit challenging market. Fan knows the local well. "Before I met Fan, I thought every agent is doing the same job. Of course they will show homes and give you suggestions and write offers for you. Fan is absolutely using her heart to buy you a home, often I feel she is buying the home for herself. Throughout the process she keeps very close communication with the selling agents and updates us several times a day when necessary. The fact she was more intense than us made us at ease during whole process. She wrote us two offers. The first one was against over 20 offers and we were the second place.
