Fareed Mohammed is a unique Real Estate Advisor who brings over a decade of professional services experience to every client he serves. A resident of Coconut Grove, where he lives in a single-family home and manages a condo in Downtown/Brickell, Fareed treats every transaction as if it were his own.
He represents buyers, sellers, and investors across Miami-Dade County, with a focus on Midtown, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coconut Grove, and Coral Gables. Prior to real estate, Fareed spent five years at J.P. Morgan in New York City and currently works at EY-Parthenon in Miami, where he leads M&A due diligence for Fortune 500 companies over the last five years. His analytical rigor, financial acumen, and client-first mindset uniquely position him to advise on real estate with an investor’s eye and a consultant’s precision.
Born in Trinidad and Tobago, Fareed moved to the United States at age 15, following his parents’ pursuit of a better future for their family. In honor of their sacrifices, he pursued higher education—earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering from The City College of New York (CCNY) and an MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
Today, Fareed is part of the MiamiMoves Team alongside veteran agents Anwar Sadeek and Sheyla Sandoval, bringing over 20 years of combined experience and a proven track record in Miami real estate.
Beyond real estate, Fareed is passionate about giving back. He tutors and mentors young professionals, consults small businesses, and supports clients in achieving their financial and personal goals.
