Prior to my journey into real estate, I operated in tech. Working in H.R. and Talent Acquisition allowed me to live in some beautiful places like NYC, L.A., and San Diego where I created human centered policies and processes with some amazing companies (chances are, I hired some of the people that have created some of the apps you use!). Being able to craft teammate first practices allowed me to ensure we never lost sight of our teammates’ dreams and aspirations, while at the same time attracting and retaining top tier talent. I’ve always led from a place rooted in relationship and community building, which consistently guided me to prioritize our teammates and their well-being!

These foundations have not only been centered in all I do as a person, but especially now as I embark on the journey of being your real estate agent.
