Originally from Istanbul, Turkey, Felix grew up immersed in his familyās textile and fashion business. By the age of 12, he was cutting and sewing fabrics in the factory, learning the value of hard work and responsibility. After earning a degree in Textile at the University of Istanbul, he spent nine years running an international export-import business before moving to the United States in 2004. Felixās journey to thrive in the U.S. is both empowering and inspiring, filled with challenges and stories that showcase his resilience and determination.
Before transitioning to real estate, Felix worked in construction, building luxury homes for celebrities in Hawaii, Santa Barbara, and Malibu. This experience ignited his passion for transforming houses into dream homes and sharpened his ability to navigate complex projects and deliver exceptional results under tight deadlines. After visiting Denver in 2008, Felix fell in love with the mountains and made the move permanent in 2015, combining his construction expertise with his passion for real estate.
Felixās path has also been deeply influenced by his spiritual practices, particularly his work with plant medicine, including Ayahuasca. Through these ceremonies, Felix found profound healing, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose. These transformative experiences inspired him to share the gift of healing with others, helping them find peace, empowerment, and the tools needed for their own journeys. Felix views real estate as a spiritual experience, connecting with clients on a personal level and guiding them through one of lifeās most significant transitions with care, empathy, and integrity.
