Fernando Leyva is a bilingual, full-time Realtor with over 10 years of experience serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout North and Central New Jersey. While his core focus is Bergen, Hudson, Passaic, and surrounding counties, Fernando has successfully represented clients across the entire state, giving him a broad understanding of New Jersey’s diverse real estate markets.

Over the past decade, Fernando has developed expertise far beyond just buying and selling homes. Prior to transitioning into a solo agent role at Compass, Fernando led a team of more than 45 agents that collectively closed over $350 million in sales volume within three years.
