Having recently divorced, I had much angst and anxiety about buying a house on my own. So many decisions that had been made as a couple was now left up to me to decide. I shared these concerns with Ferree from the outset. She could not have been more responsive or aware of my fears. She took considerable time in discussing with me what I had envisioned in a new home, including location.
